Q: How do I reserve my hotel for Strategic Marketing Summit? Q: Is it mandatory to stay at the hotel? A: No, it is not mandatory that you stay at the hotel, but we HIGHLY recommend that you do.
Q: Can I share a room with another attendee? A: Yes. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your preferences and include your email and phone number. We will then attempt to match you with someone. There are no guarantees, but we will do our best.
Q: Is registration transferable? A: No since this is a highly customized event that has a lot of prep training for the live event it is the most beneficial for the person who purchased the ticket to attend the training.
Q: Can I bring a team member to the meetings? A: Yes, if you purchased a plan with 2 tickets, you may bring a team member with you.

Q: Will I be video-taped if I attend the Strategic Marketing Summit Event? A: It is possible. However, if you choose not to be on film you can sit in the back few rows. The camera crew have been instructed NOT to video anyone in the back row, however if someone near you asks a question during a Q&A session there is a chance you could be caught on film.
Q: Which airport is closest to the hotel? A: The Chicago O’Hare Airport (ORD) is the closest airport to the hotel (12 miles). Or you may find cost effective routes by flying into Chicago Midway (MDW) located 26 miles from the hotel.
Q: Do we sponsor a foreigner OR aid a non-US citizen in obtaining a visa for entry into the USA? A: No.
Q: Will there be food and beverages served? A: There may be a light breakfast and a VIP lunch if you purchased a VIP ticket. It is recommended that you take care of all of your nutritional needs.
Q: Is there free transportation to and from the airport? A: It is recommended to take a taxi to/from the hotel or to arrange airport shuttle transportation with an outside provider. The hotel may direct you to preferred airport transportation by calling this number: (847) 777-6500.
Q: What should I wear? A: Wear what you are most comfortable in and please make sure to bring a jacket or sweater as it tends to get cold in the meeting room from time to time.
Q: What time does the Strategic Marketing Summit Event start and where do I register? A: There will be early registration on Thursday from 5-7pm. Additional registration will take place on Friday, August 8th outside the Ballroom at 8am.

Q: Is it okay to record the seminars? A: No there will be a lot of confidential and proprietary information being shared.
